Sandwich Panel: RESCO supplies sandwich panels which is basically a factory made insulated composite metal roof and wall panel that is produced in a variety of shapes, lengths, thickness, colours and specifications.
The panel consists of two metal skins sandwiching between them a core of polyurethane insulation bonded to the metal skins throughout its surface. It�s produced with enormous flexibility to suit various applications and customers needs.
It exhibits excellent insulating value, strength, durability, aesthetics economy and versatility to be used in industrial, commercial, institutional and housing systems. It provides the whole range of building envelope solutions.
It�s fire tested and eliminates the risk of water penetration and air infiltration. This panel with a multi-layered long lasting coating system can meet increasingly stringent specifications demanded by both consultants and clients.
It is approved by the worlds most reputable architectural designers and consultants and it�s used in many number of basic and advanced projects to the ultimate satisfaction of customers.
General Technical Data:
It is used for roofs, walls, partitions, fascias, cold stores and has many other application
It can be profiled, flat, curved, acoustical and others.
Its thickness is minimum 55 mm and max is 170. General standard thickness are 55,75,85,100,125 and 150mm respectively.
These panels can be produced for any length required but the standard limit is 16.0 M, long as per transportation.
But with special transportation arrangements longer panel may also be produced upon request.
Metal gages can be nominal 0.5mm up to 0.9 mm. Available standards are 0.50,0.60,0.75 and 0.90 mm.
Interior paint finish is standard polyester having a standard bone white color and exterior is KYNAR PVF-2.
Versacor TF, and other coating system is available on request.
Insulation type is polyurethane foam core having 95% closed cell structure.
These panels are classified as non-flammable and self extinguishing and it meets German DIN standard classification fire test.
